Does anyone have any recommendations for low sugar drinks?

I LOVE Arizona green tea, but I can't drink that all of the time.  I'm looking for something along the lines of Welch's grape juice but without so much sugar and yet at the same time, I don't want anything with artificial sweeteners.

Are you saying no added sugar? or low in sugar?

I know I just add a little juice to my water.  Gives me the flavor but cuts the sugar.  If you add more than one so it's a different flavor, you're less inclined to think of it as "watered down"  Your body can taste the juice as long as it is more than 10% of the drink.

I drink a lot of Tazo Organic Iced Green Tea. It's a bottled tea like the Arizona. It does have some sugar, but it's organic cane sugar, so it's not as bad as the cola I used to drink. Sometimes you can find it in the organic section of your grocery store; if not, you can buy it at Starbucks.

The other thing I like is Welch's Red Grape juice. It's 100% juice, there's no sugar added, and red grape juice is supposed to have cancer-fighting value.

flash - I would be willing to try either... no added sugar or low in sugar.  I noticed that the Welch's grape juice doesn't have added sugar but is still high in sugar.

now i'm thirsty for grape juice!

    Hi Marie,

A couple other things I have found.  ESSN soda's are fruit juice and sparkling water and have no added sugar.  They help me a lot when I want that FIZZ that I miss from soda's.  Also, if you have a Trader Joe's near you, they sell some really great green and black ice teas in either a can or in a plastic jug that are great.  Their black tea that they sell in the larger jug is fabulous and no sugar added in either the green or the black tea.

    Good luck!
