Seattle area Mind Body program and study.

Attention to anyone living in the Seattle Washington area.  This is a wonderful study for people who have survived breast cancer and are still having physiological issues such as Chemo Brain and fatigue.

This study needs at least 40 more candidates from the Seattle area by April 2010. There are no drugs involved and for those accepted into the program, the cost is free.  This is a Mind Body approach to dealing with the after affects of breast cancer treatment.

75 men and women participated in the study in Alaska.  Many of the participants said this training changed their lives and were very pleased with the program.

"The Envision the Rhythms of Life program teaches you to engage your mind, your emotions and your imagination to modify your physiology, biochemistry and mood state through classes and practice sessions. This program utilizes the practice of imagery, engaging all five senses as well the mind and emotions for a specific purpose. The purpose of the program is to improve quality of life and health outcomes for cancer survivors. "
