Sore in one part of breast - months after treatment

Hi,

I finished chemo in Sept and Rads in November.  My breast has been fine since, well healing from the rads but generally felt fine.  I had an Ultrasound the week before christmas as I felt a lump, it was clear (damage from Rads).

But the last two days one part of my breast is very sore.  Its spread a little bit but in one particular part, its much sorer than around it.

Any idea what it could be?  Surely it couldn't be cancer if it was only checked two weeks ago?!

Also, I'm on Vagifem but have been on it now for about 1.5 months so doubt it could be that all of a sudden and as its not sore all over, makes me think its not that.

HONEY, WITH THAT WONDERFUL PROGNOSIS IT IS DOUBTFUL THAT IT'S CANCER. RADIATION HAS A LONG TERM AFFECT, IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR IT TO GET OUT OF THE SYSTEM. COULD BE A LITTLE INFLAMATION. TRY SOME SOOTHING HOT PACKS AND TAKE SOME ANTI-INFLAMATORY'S.

I WAS TRIPLE NEGATIVE 22 YEARS AGO AND AGAIN 6 1/2 YEARS AGO IN THE OTHER BREAST. YOU ARE GOING TO BE FINE. YOU WERE LUCKY TO CATCH IT EARLY. GOD BLESS
