Medifast, Optifast, Soy Diets? ER+

Well, I've finished my last chemo treatment and I am beginning my 5 years of tamoxifen.  My cancer is ER+ and PR+.  I need to get a my body back into shape. (Lose 30 or so lbs and build back my health and stamina.)  Does anyone have any experience with Medifast, Optifast or a similiar soy diet plan?  My sister and a good friend have done wonderfully on these olan through two different diet centers (one on the east coast and one on the west coast - there is not a center anywhere near my home, though).  My concern is that I can find both YES and NO to soy research studies for ER+ cancers.  Has anyone any experience?  I would really love some advice...Thank you
