Hello everyone! I have been having minor aching in my left breast with tenderness. I am 37 years old and 10 years post menopause. I have never in my life had soreness in my breasts nor any problems. I took Estrace the first 3 years after my surgical menopause but stopped due to the death of my aunt who had breast cancer. My symptoms; left breast was itchy with no discharge a month ago but didnt think anything about it, the last 4 days my left breast has been mildly achy along with mild tenderness just under my nipple area as well as the nipple along with 1/2 cup size swelling. I have a doctors app on Monday but I am in a freak out after reading on the internet! Any input would be greatly appreciated.
