i have had a few neck / muscle issues post surgery (sprained neck during surgery etc) and a growing pain in my abdomen just under my hip bone which i was beginning to assume predicted imminent demise. after 6 months of increasing annoyance / anxiety i went to a heller works practioner - several seemingly intelligent / switched on women said he did all this crazy great stuff in ONE session so of course i didnt believe them and had to go and throw away  $120 just to see for myself exactly how nuts they all are. but they were right and in an hour i left painfree. turns out even the hip thing was muscular - guy showed me the anatomical diagrams just in case i developed any recidivist doubt lol.  its like japanese accupressure which i also find very helpful - sounds mad but works. why does this heller guy 'get' something my local nz physio's dont??? i did find concentrating on the colourful lights thing a bit hard tho - i am too spacey at the mo...
