IDC coming back as IBC?

Hello All, I'm 6 months post prophylactic oophrectomy/hysterectomy.  I was already on lupron and therefore in menopause before my surgery, but since August, my remaining (left) breast has been very tender and ropey.  Nothing on US or mammo, negative on MRI but still tender.  Anyone have thoughts as to the chance this is IBC?  Would it show on an MRI?  Hate that this worries me this much (for the record, also on Femara and Zometa - maybe those?) Thanks everyone!

Any swelling, hot to the touch, rash, orange-peel like skin (kind of like enlarged pores) or thickened skin?

Just noticed today that my breast seems larger than my prosthesis - which is odd.  Feels a swollen to me, but hubby can't see (or feel ) a difference.

Just wanted to update, in case anyone came across this.  I saw my onc yesterday.  MRI and CT are clear.  No sign of recurrence, so I guess we are in the "all clear...for now" mode.  Now I can go enjoy the holidays with the kids!
