Severe allergic reaction to blue dye in sentinel node biopsy

Last Friday, I apparently was in the less than 1% that have a severe anaphylactic allergic reaction to the blue dye used during a sentinel node biopsy mapping. The anesthesiologists made the surgeon stop as all my vitals bottomed out. I would like to know if anyone else here has had the same occur or knows of someone who has. I know it's extremely rare but I would like to know if there's anyone else out there who has had this happen.
