mastalgia,breast pain

hi,every one.i missed my periods a year back due to chemotheraphy.i have got lumpectomy and rads.no harmonal medicines as iam triple negative.my doctor feel i may or may not get periods.i am mentally prepared for menopause.

but i feel some kind of pain,tenderness in both the breasts.left one is due to treatment.but another one??i was very much worried .my oncologyst advised that the  pain is due to hormonal change as iam only 43 yrs and it is common,prescribed some pain killers.

ladies did any one feel the same?is it the sign of getting  menstruction back?if it is so i will be very happy!!!
