Pure- I was the same way during treatment.  I finally mentioned it to my docs and they said it was from steroid withdrawl.  They called it steroid psychosis, although it is not a true psychosis.  We fixed it by weaning me off the steroids at a slower pace.

Glad you are seeing a counselor.  You are smarter than I was.  I did not go to one until I was about a year out.  I should have gone during treatment but thought I could handle everything on my own. It does get better.  You are still pretty new to all of this.

    Your not tormenting anyone Pure.

I just worry about your psyche with little ones at home and all. I have been where you are, believe me when I say this. And the thing is, you dont have to be going through this mental torture. If you are already on Xanax, great!  But a councellor is good added. It was hard for me to make the appointment to speak with the social worker. I tried to convince myself I didnt need a "shrink". But, after a morning of crying my 2 year old came to me and said," momma, make happy!?" I made the appointment that afternoon.

I understand with being in your third trimester you are very limited to what you can take. Your "situation" is rough. chemo, steroids, pregnancy. We can all only guess at what you are going through

My Onc says she ends up referring most of her patients. I only went a couple of times, but it was so helpful, and just knowing I can call her anytime is reassuring.
