micropapilary pattern

Hi - I have been diagnosed with IDC with micropapilary pattern. I must decide between just radiation of the lymph node area or excision of all lymph nodes and radiation. Two experts are at odds. One states that both are each as effective as the other so - no surgery - just radiation (lumpectomy was done and three nodes removed - sentinel node and another node were cancerous.). The other wants full node removal followed by radiation. Trying to decide - Help!
