Insulin Resistance..Looking for Nutrionist/Naturopathy NJ/NY??

There are so many studies/articles out there linking insulin resistance and high carb diets with breast cancer. I am looking for a nutrionist in NJ/NY area that can put me on the right low carb diet to lower my insulin levels. Anyone have any recommendations? My oncologist didnt have much to offer on this topic.
