Hello!  I just thought I'd share my experience in case it helps anyone else.  I chose to go to The Block Medical Center in Evanston, IL for oncology.  Dr. Keith Block has been practicing for 30 years.  His book "Life Over Cancer" was published in April, 2009.  The Block Center uses an "integrative" approach focusing on the whole body to fight cancer.  Their web site is www.blockmd.com.  They offer a personalized approach to your specific cancer...trying to address issues that may have attributed to your immune system not being able to fight off the cancer originally.  My issue is high cortisol, which has been "fixed" through diet, lifestyle changes and supplements.  I'm sleeping through the night now (had insomnia for years) and I'm not "running on adrenaline" anymore.  I feel my God-given immune system has been relieved and is able to function as it was intended now.  I know there is no guarantee for a "cure", but at least I know what I'm doing will help me fight.  Anyway, I just wanted to share in case there was anyone looking for additional ways to improve survival.

I also wanted to share a WONDERFUL cookbook!  Rebecca Katz www.rebeccakatz is a chef who specializes in helping cancer patients/survivors.  I absolutely LOVE her recipes!  My kids gobble everything up, too, and beg for "seconds"!

Hope this info is helpful.  If not, please disregard.

 Praising Him,

Joanna :)
