Recommended Doctor in Los Angeles area.

My mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had a masectomy of her right breast, 6 months of chemo treatment and currently on hormone medication daily.
She is now back in the US and needs to find a good breast oncologist for exam and other concerns she has. I have looked at UCLA and other sites to see if I can find a review of oncologist that people recommend and have had no luck.
Has anyone had similar issues finding a doctor review site online?
Can anyone recommend a good doctor that we can go to in Los Angeles area? (We live in Porter Ranch / Northridge area but okay to drive for a good doctor)
Please help
