Breast Forms with massaging gel pockets - Lymphedema foobs

A few days ago I went to my bra fitter to get new bras.  I left my prostheses at home (duh!!). 

They let me borrow some and my borrowed foobs had small massaging gel pockets on the surface of the inside of the foob.  I was told that these were the latest and that they were designed for ladies with lymphedema.  The foobs themselves were ultra soft and reminded me of my almost long forgotten boobs.  Boy have these things come a long way.  I may get a pair when my foob allowance is up next Summer.

My mom wears the bralelluja and is i love.  She first hated the look and the big straps but it is apparently the most comfortable.  She got them in Nordstroms and had an pocket sewn in (free of charge) where she puts in her amoena prosthesis.

the problem she is having though is that regardless of how comfortable, her bra shifts throughout the day.  Since she has the prosthesis in her right breast, during the day her prosthesis moves closer to the center of her chest

Does anyone have this issue?  Right now we have a strap that she hooks at the bottom of her bra and hooks the other end to her underwear.  This has helped it stay in place better.

Does anyone experienced this issue?  If so what kind of solutions have you tried?

I purchased the lymphodema foob right after they came out and I loved it! I was having some swelling in that area and it took it down. They cost quite a bit more than the regular ones but it is so worth the extra cost.

As for the "riding up with wear" I never figured out what to do with that besides when I go to the bathroom during the day, give it a shift.

I was told that you could use a safety pin on the outside edge of the bra and foob to keep the it from sliding toward the center. Unfortunately, you either need a cloth pocket around the prosthesis to go through and not puncture it or you need a foam style prosthesis.

I am still desperately searching for the right foobs.  And I have lymphedema.  I am too scared to go to a bra fitter, so everything is ordering online.  What brand/ model  are these?
