I'm waiting with you, Renee. ♥ We are all waiting with you, holding our breath. ♥
Went with DD for her MRI, she called Monday night & asked me to go with her after all. Appt @ 8:00 & she was out of there @ 9:00. Face down, both sides, 10 mins each. Previous MRI she also had frontal view laying on her back, not this time. Now to wait for the results. She sees the surgeon Fri 10:00. She said she doesn't need me to go with her, I told her sometimes we might hear some news we really weren't expecting & that it is nice to have someone with us, & if she changes her mind, to call me. More waiting........
Sheila, I really like the Sisterhood hands. That is exactly how I feel about all of us, a Sisterhood that I, for one, could not be without.
Hey redBarb!! Great to see you here!
Meecie ~ I am so sorry about your SIL. Travel safe.
Love to all

And it will be... I received my Christmas Miracle today!!! All my blood work is normal and my Chest CT is o.k. only a small amount of "scar tissue". Praise the Lord!!! Amen!!!! Anxiety relieved.... WhewNow I have to be at the doctors office tomorrow morning for my pre-op markings, etc at 8:45 a.m. and reconstruction surgery on 12/20/10!
I love all my sisters, you all are amazing women and I couldn't have gone through this without you. Each and everyone of you have something different to offer.

Thank you Lord, for answering our prayers for our dear sister/friend Renee.
I am soooo happy for you, Renee. This is wonderful, beautiful news!
How relieved you must be ~
I won't be at home when you have your recon surgery ~ I will try to check in via DD's computer while I'm up north to see how you are doing.
Still have more things to get around for the trip; be back later.
Love & hugs!

it always bums me out, and scares the **** insert word outta me; i "failed " all the AL's we've tried everyone, except tamoxifen, which i wouldn't even consider. that one is higher in stroke risks than any of them, but ive had 2 bad (needing rehab) strokes, 2 not so bad from that disclaimer; and continue to have TI
A's mimi strokes.. that's all from my ms... so, im doing the alternatives. and scared to death of a reoccurence.. there cking me now for the ribs, and brain.. could be 2 surguries in 11/2 yrs. and migraines.. but, better safe than sorry. i had a honest to God nervous breakdown from the ALs.. noone is happy, but whadda ya do? i couldnt do them, either.. im still real close to that; with the naturals, and worrying about reoccurence.. just putting one foot in front of the other. im happy for all you ladies that can tolerate them... have you read the info on VitD3...they're saying it like has a 50% effect on blocking reoccerence.. i don't know about estrogen ged, tho. started it w/ Drs. blessing.. maybe ck out if you can take it with the rx als... hit it with what we can?? im trying to.... 3jays -
