Renee - I was reading your post about your bra issue while a commercial for the Ahhh Bra was on TV... Have you ever heard of that bra? I think you can google 'ahhh bra' mad by rhoda shear. If I wasn't so broke I would order some

Val - I'll be saying prayers for both you and your DD.
-
Val I will be saying a prayer for your DD2 as well. I must have missed your prior post about her issue. Please know that any time you want to talk you can email me @ loyd5@hotmail.com. that goes for anyone here. I have email on my phone. Lots of love to you all.
Renee -
Michelle - about the bras thanks but like you I am also broke right here at Christmas time, and today my DD's car went catput and is now in the shop. We are a 2 car family and we normally borrow my mom in laws car and hers is broken as well so what to do?? since my DD has to go to her final day of college on Tues and then has to work all week (well 3 days). We will work it out some how... God will make a way he always does. But the stress of it. Bless her and her new hubby's heart they just had to buy new tires for her car on Friday and then this happened today. It really stinks!!!
-
Seyla, I noticed you refer to our RainCityGirl as RCP, is this a throwback to your comments on The Thinking out loud thread?
-
V al, I am so sorry about your DD. Prayers for her and you as well. How much stress there is in being a parent and feeling so helpless!
((((((((((((((((Val & DD))))))))))))))))))
-
Meece....Her screen name is too long thats why I always call her RCP
The other one that resting at Linda's tank is called RPOC LOL
-
Yes but RainCityGirl (RGG) seemed like it fit better. Every time I see RCP I think of Linda's tank.
-
But the initials are RainCityGirl.
Linda's tank is nice and cozy.
hahahahahahahahaha
-
Yes, and you have been posting RCP. That's why I get confused. Seyla, i am only giving you a bad time. You're a sweetie no matter what you call us.
-
How could I go through any of this without all of you??? I don't think I could....
You're all so sweet & thoughtful. You are all angels.
Rae ~ Your words are so comforting. As onestep said, they are heartfelt. I know I must not take guilt like that on, it's so hard not to. ~ "Be gentle with yourself" ~ I'm trying, sis, I'm trying. Your DD comes home tomorrow? Keeping good thoughts for her & you, as well, my dear sister/friend.
onestep ~ You are doing great. I admire your strength. We're here for you all the way. {{gentle hugs}} ♥
catbill ~ Your Mother sounds like a very wise woman, thank you for sharing her words of wisdom. I wrote them down in my special little book to keep, to read again, I hope you don't mind.
I see my onc tomorrow morning, keeping my fingers crossed for good blood-work report & hoping she doesn't want me to have any tests/scans.
Don't you see your Rads onc tomorrow, Renee? I'll be thinking of you.
grannyD ~ {{hugs}} for you on Tues & prayers galore. ♥
Thank you all so much again for the kind words & prayers. And, thank you for the special PM's.
Hi Sheila ♥
Oh, I must admit a mistake. I put DD#2 when, in fact, this is my oldest DD, so should have put DD#1. I did edit to correct it. Sorry! Was a bit upset & it was getting late.
Strength & Hope to all of us.
♥

Good Night!
-
Let this day be a good day for All.
♥ ♥ ♥
-
Darn, I didn't get to be around when I was the topic of discussion
It should be RCG or how about Diane
Besides Sheila, I worry that RCP is too close to your RPOC and I don't want to be considered in that way! It was probably easier before I changed my screen name but I didn't like that others (perhaps people I consult with) could google my screen name and discover all that I say and share here.
DS came by today and took his sister to the movies and Christmas shopping and then for dinner here, which meant I had to change the meal because he is strictly meat and potatoes. His wife is on a holiday and returning tomorrow night and he leaves tomorrow morning on a business trip. I will be getting his sweet little dog tomorrow morning until his wife returns.
-
A quick note:
I'm good to go for 4 months!!!
Blood-work A-OK !
Saw the lady onc instead of the NP, she was pretty nice today. Normally, she is my least favorite doctor. Maybe tis the holiday season, ya think!?
Time for lunch & then to wrap Grandkiddies Christmas presents. Such fun!!
(no word from my DD yet) ~
EDITED TO ADD ~ I so LOVE that Christmas tree above, Sheila! ♥ I've saved it to my Photo Gallery for the day when you change pics.
-
valjean congrats on the bloodwork! and still praying for your DD
-
Val...Everything happens for a reason I wasn't suppose to be home today but change of plans.
I'm here to be happy with you. Now we wait more results.
Hugs
