Lumpectomy, Re-excision, Now Mast.

I am having a hard time deciding if I should have a bi lateral Mast. or just have left breast Mast. Cancer is only in the left breast. I'm stage 1, er+/pr- Her2+, grade 3 . 3 nodes were taken , 1 node had microscopic cells present. I am scheduled for bi-lateral in two weeks. Any comments on this I would greatly appreciate. Thanks!
