Hi all, I just saw my GYN regarding painful vaginal and libido changes associated with Tamoxifen. Because I am highly ER/PR positive, there is no hormonal therapy that is safe for me and I certainly cannot stop the nasty Tamoxifen. (To think I was actually looking forward to menopause before I was dx!!!)....He suggested a natural product called Avlimil Complete. Has anyone used this product or know anything about it? Thanks- Tammy

I've been researching this product as well. A study was done in France on this product and it appears that it may not be safe for estrogen positive breast cancers like yours & mine. Here is the link http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN&cpsidt=19994370 so you can read it & decide for yourself.
