Breast Pain in the one left

Has anyone had breast pain during TCH? I have developed a localized pain in my good breast and I am going to get my 4th of 6 chemo's on Monday. It hurts to the touch and I can't sleep on my side cause when it falls to that side it hurts. The onc told me to take tylenol. I have so much anxiety about this. I had similar pain with my first dx. I have to go to the surgeon to have him examine me and hopefully order a mammogram/us. Is it odd that the onc told me to see the surgeon? He has nothing to do with the good breast. I felt this was the oncs. responsibility.
