Why is hair loss harder 2nd time around?

I had A/C and lost my hair, then I had a break for surgery. Hair started coming back - it's about

1/2 inch long now. 

But I'm on a  new round of chemo  and it just started falling out again.

It's really getting to me more this time- and I'm not sure why. Maybe because now I have a better idea about how slowly it grows back? Maybe I'm just over it!    I'm not sure but wow am I depressed about it.

Pill, I would be totally depressed also.  I finished my AC/T in Sept and was bald all summer.  I am now getting hair which started to grow back about 2 wks after chemo stopped.  It's just now looking like more than just peach fuzz and is coming in really salt and pepper in color.  I am so afraid of having to go thru this again and losing it again.  What you are feeling is normal.  Give in to feeling the loss.  Allow yourself to feel all your feelings over it falling out again.
