From one extreme to another.......just when things were looking good, we are caught waiting for the other shoe to drop.  Mom finished her radiation, and things were good.  Then she told doc about two lumps on her head, went for a biopsy which was positive and now there talking about the cancer possible spreading to her other organs via under the skin???? (seriously, I don't know what that means).  I'm going crazzeeeee here.  Last time I posted, it was rough, now I just don't know how to react...........

With bc, you run the whole gamut of emotions.  BC is an emotional roller coaster for the patient and their loved ones.  Can you go with your mom to her next appointment and ask questions until you understand exactly what's going on?   That's what I would recommend you to do.  That way you can hear it from the "horses" mouth.  Hugs to you.  Dianne
