Can one have comedo type but no necrosis?

I know that necrosis is one of the risk factors for recurrence but does this mean if my pathology report mentions comedo-type but not the word 'necrosis' that I don't have necrosis?

I think the necrosis just means there is cellular "trash" in the sample they looked at also.

Thanks.  I looked at the link.  So if I have comedo structure type than by default, I have necrosis?
