Anyone have any suggestions?  My skin looks like I'm 87.

For your body...Gold Bond Healing Lotion...it's thick and sinks right in but doesn't leave that sticky feeling. I use it everywhere but my face. On my face, I found that Dove Night Cream was just delicious, but can no longer find it in the store. I'm trying to steer clear of parabens and phlalates as much as possible and, so, have been using Burt's Bees Anti-aging Night Moisturizer. I also use Aveeno anti-aging night cream around my eyes.

Finally, I would highly recommend your taking fish oil capsules, as long as you don't have thin blood or any issues with being unable to form clots. Fish oil not only changed my external skin, but I swear that it keeps my "inside plumbing" (Wink) in good working order!

Curel. The original formula in the blue bottle with white letters. I put in on my entire body after my morning shower and at the end of the day my skin is still soft. Started using it when I had eczema in my early 30's. You can go to BJ's or Sam's and get two big pump bottles for about $13.00.

Edited to say: I don't use the Curel on my face; however. I use Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream SPF 15 in the morning and Night of Olay before I go to bed.

    Hi guys-

One thing that helps and have been doing since I was a teenager is 64 oz plus of water each day, dring loads and loads of water and you will see a differenc. Also I have tried oxygen facials and they really help too.
