Is this the thread y'all thought had been deleted? It had rolled over to the 2nd page because the most recent post was nearly a month old.
Disclaimer: I'm not bumping this thread to join in the discussion or endorse the book. I haven't read it, and I don't think I will (too much other stuff to read). Most of you know I lean the other direction on these things. I just figured, if you knew your thread was still around, you might feel better about the BCO "community".
