By voting daily you can help me to benefit You Can Thrive! which has over 100 volunteers working together to ease the suffering of all breast cancer survivors! We would get an appearance on the view to speak about this cause. None of us get paid.
Our Programs Provide: Free Acupuncture, Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Dance, Exercise, Life Coaching, Advocacy. Services never before affordable to these women.
The things they need to Thrive! Please help it only takes one moment of your time each day until 10/11.
PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK.
A VIRAL CAMPAIGN TO HELP WOMEN WITH BREAST CANCER THRIVE!

I promise to work for as long as it takes until these services are available to each and every sister diagnosed.
I ask everyone to get involved. You should see how many NON survivors I have working towards this cause!!
Gratitude for your inclusion and help.

This person just sent me a friend request on FB. Now I know why...

I find it so funny. The people that you would expect to support you the most-- the survivors are so jaded and annoyed by anything that is POSITIVE.
Yeah, I am trying to promote this contest, you know why? Because over 200 women have come through the programs that I have been running for FREE with 100%+ of my time. THEY NEED HELP, and SO DO I. TO BRING THIS PROGRAM TO YOUR TOWN.
I haven't promoted myself since I was a full time musician, which I GAVE UP right away once I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I gave up EVERYTHING so that I could help women with breast cancer. I find it amusing that when I ask for support this is the response I would get. Why don't you check out http://youcanthrive.org and then decide weather I'm a good person or not.
I was just saying to my hubby "I thought when I stopped being an artist that I would have to frigging do shameless self promotion anymore, this sucks".
So I'll try not to have my feelings hurt by bitter angry people.

Thrive ~ I just took a moment to look at your website, and it looks like a really fantastic program! I've been lucky enough to have been treated at a couple of the best facilities in California, where things like Healing Touch Massage and psychological support, as well as art and music and writing classes are all available free of charge. So I know how important opportunities to have those things are to making us feel whole and on the path to wellness. Unfortunately, this site draws posts from some who have only their self interests in mind, and I'm afraid it's sometimes hard to differentiate at first glance. I also think there's a privacy issue that may impact how some of us view your request. Personally, even after looking at your site, I was reluctant to enter any personal information.
So, I don't have the answer for you, except to suggest that you really try to enlist a PR professional who can do what needs to be done to grow your organization, so that guerilla-style marketing efforts (especially those that may invite questions or even challenges that then provoke a heated response), won't diminish what looks like an incredibly worthwhile program.
Congratulations on what you're doing, and good luck in growing it in the future ~ Deanna

Thank you very much for the support. The website where you enter your email address is ABC's the view and they will not email you-- nor is there anything identifying about it. Just to count the votes.
I would think eveyrone would vote daily after reading http://youcanthrive.org and what we're doing for survivors.
Remembering the sisters who have come through my program and weren't as lucky as me is why I do the work I do everyday.
