More Chemo Advice

Hello,

I am a 32 year old woman with stage III, triple negative, BRCA1 breast cancer.  Earlier this year, I had 6 chemo treatments consisiting of the drug combo TAC every 3 weeks.  After my bilateral mastectomy on Sept 18th, I was told the breast mass was still 5cm and 11 of the 12 lymph nodes removed still had active tumor. My surgeon seemed quite concerned with this result but my oncologist thinks otherwise??The results don't seem very good to me though.

  Please let me know what chemo combinations have been shown to work well on us.  My oncologist was going to look into other treatment options. I am too.  I would like to get some suggestions /information so when I go to my second opinion appt with the University of Penn.  I will understand more about this type of cancer and will be able to actively participate in my treatment.
