First of all;  prayers for each and every one of you with Breast CA.  It almost makes me feel selfish to talk about me withOUT CA.  I've had a double mast. with reconstruction;  in 12 months had 6 surgeries;  now having to go to yet another doc to have all the reconstruction UNdone; harvest skin, tissue, fat, and muscle from inside my thighs and tummy; to build breast mounds.  I'm so angry that the 1st physician's "screw ups" paid him over $200,000. by my insurance; and now this new doc will bill over $500,000. to my insurance.  In Texas; you can't file a medical malpractice suit unless "the physician gives less than standard level of care".  ?????  5 re-do surgeries; i'd think that was under standard care;  but the lawyers state no.  I'm so frustrated.  He should have his license suspended!  I've reported to state board.  We'll see if any black marks show up.
