Pain in Tumor after chemo

I just finished chemo  4 weeks ago and I am going to have a lumpectomy on 9/25. The past ten days I have been feeling a dull ache right where my tumor is and also under my arm ( I have atleast one infected lymph node) I'm scared that this is my cancer growing and am wondering if anyone else that has had neoadjuvant therapy has experienced this. It's all I think about all day and I can't wait until friday to get this out of me. Help......
