I was dxed in early this year with triple negative stage 1 and my pathology said I had Medullary Features.  My tumor was also rounded and lobulated.  Have any of you been told this by your pathology report?  I understand it can be favorable, but I can't get a straight answer on this.  As I was unable to do chemo, I am grasping at any thing that might be positive.

I don't have any thing to say but understand you seeking answers here.  Surely someone will come along.  There are many of us who struggle with the no chemo problem.  You'd think we would be glad to not have to do it!  Maybe the good news is that other therapies like hormonal drugs are now so effective that chemo is no longer the standard.  That's what I am telling myself anyway!

    Best wishes, Pam
