Any Tri-Negs with a previous Hodgkin's history?

Good Evening,

Not only have I been 'blessed' with tri-neg breast cancer, in my youth, I had Hodgkin's Disease, Stage IIIB.  My treatment course for the Hodgkin's was a dual modality of chemo and radiation.  Since there is no significant cancer history in my family, it is very likely my breast cancer is a secondary malignancy caused by the radiation for the Hodgkin's.

I was cancer free for 14 years until 2001 at which time my breast cancer was discovered.  Another 6 years post-treatment and it has recurred with mets to sternum and nodes.  Radiation treatment is not an option for me at this time, but perhaps proton therapy in the future.

I am currently on Taxotere (3 weeks on/1 off) and Zometa (once monthly).  This has been my treatment since April.  I had great earlier results with Xeloda and Avastin, but only for an 8 month period.

Because of my previous Hodgkin's history, including the ABVD and MOPP chemo treatments, I'm not a good candidate for clinical trials.

I'm just curious if anyone else out there has a similar history.

Thanks!

Kim
