Hi everyone I just got off the phone with an agency that helps women who have Mammagrams,or need to see a Surgeon etc. See they go by your income in order to recieve any assistance. I qualified to recieve the mamma for free and now that I have to see a surgeon they pay for the visit also,but while talking to someone there at the agency she ******QUOTED****** my mamma/ultasound to me on the  phone saying that she wanted to know why I still needed to see a surgeon since the Mamma didn't show any mass/lump. I explained to her that i was having trouble still with my breast and my family dr wanted me to see the surgeon for a biopsy, and she was like well you dont have a mass/lump I need to speak to my supervisor to see if they will still pay the surgeon fee. I was like lady Iam not saying that I have Inflammatory breast caner but have you EVER HEARD OF IT? Then she was like OK WELL WILL SEND A VOUCHER TO YOUR SURGEON TO PAY FOR THE VISIT. She didnt ask any questions after that and I said thank you and we both hung up. Now this makes me worry if I will be seeing a surgeon that knows anything about these types of cancers, I don't know whats wrong with me,but one thign I do know is PEOPLE TRUELY DO LACK KNOWLEDGE OF THIS TYPE OF CANCER AND THATS ASHAME.........Im going to see the surgeon with an open mind,I keep telling myself it will be ok,but at the same time I wanna know WHAT I MAY BE GOING UP AGAINST,and I do research and I would think this type of agancy that helps women such as I that helps pay for these services would know more..........Anyway just thought I would share....thanks all
