Question about some symptoms from Herceptin?

    I'm done with chemo and radiation and am ongoing with Herceptin every 3 weeks.  Still have 6 months to go.  My concern is that it seems like 2-3 days after my treatment, I have episodes of dizziness, cold and clammy and heart palpitations.  In fact there are times when I'm laying down and my chest is moving so much with each heart beat.  I've only had one Muga which was in March and my EF was 50%.  My next Muga is scheduled for Sept. 18.  Curious if anyone thinks I should be concerned.  Also---have quite a bit of diarrhea also.

    You really should have had another MUGA or echocardiogram before now.  They do mine every 3 months  and mine is 72%.  From my understanding 50% is as low as it can get before they stop herceptin for a while and let the numbers build back up before starting again.  Do you have another herceptin treatment before the 18th.  If so, I would mention these episodes to onc before the treatment.  Hugs  Annette
