Footprintsangel , Thanks so much for starting this thread. I LOVE fall. It is truly my favorite season. I mostly love the colors of fall. The trees here in Ohio are spectacular. And I love the different colored mums. And Holloween is one of my favorite times. Mom made it a special time for us when we were little. And I had a great time taking my son trick or treating. And the humidity is low. Which is a good thing for those of us with hot flashes. I love the cool nights and bright sunny days. And of course , apple and pumkin pies!! Where I use to live , I had a pear  tree in my backyard , and I made some awesome pies with pears. And I use to love to watch my "hoggy" (ground hog) load up on th pears that fell to the ground. He would be so fat , I knew he would have a good sleep in the winter.

I live in the Foothills of the Smokey Mtns on the Tennessee side and I love the leaves when they start turning.  A trip through Cades Cove is like a trip through Heaven.  I love the smells and the cool nights and the warm days.  Snuggling under a blanket when it is cool.  I love everything about fall.  It is my favorite time of the year. =o)

I love all the colors and beauty in fall, expect raking or mowing
