hoarse voice?

Hi all. I am three years out from diagnosis for triple negative BC and 11 months out from diagnosis and surgery for a totally separate, new lung CA. Over the past month my voice seems to be getting hoarse. I notice it especially in the evenings but I can't say that I think I am talking more on those days than usual. I don't want to be neurotic about this but do you think I should bring this to my onc attention? I am not scheduled to see doctor until November. Thanks and have a good day !
