Hi to Melissa and whoever else helps run this site,

I just want to let you know that you are appreciated for offering the priviledge to use this for our knowledge, our peace of mind and numerous other reasons. It seems sometimes that only the bad reviews get noticed.  This may not get noticed much but I wanted to let you know that whenever I have had a problem...you did act. I so appreciate the help I have received. Could it be better? Of course it could....but whats better to me may not be better to someone else. There is no way to please everyone. I am just grateful that this site is here for support for so many ladies and some men who just need someone who understands. God Bless, Mazy

Just saw this post and had to add my gratitude to Mazy's.  When first diagnosed I was all over the web searching for help and information.  My daughter found this site, I joined, and cannot tell how many times I was stressed out and came here to find companionship, information and peace.

I feel certain there are many others who are grateful for this valueable site.

I do appreciate  all the hard work you do behind the scenes in order to make  this site available to us.  It is an invaluable resource and has been  a lifeline for me as I face the trials of this disease. I only wish I had found it when I first was diagnosed. But then, I'm here now!

Part sorority. Part coffee clatch. Part quilting bee. Part prayer meeting. Part doctor's office. Part travelogue. Part motivaltional meeting. Part support group. Part meals-on-wheels. Part introductory-friend-creating-service. Part compassion with a mouse.

What can I say about BCO that hasn't been said above?

It is indeed a lifeline. Absolutely.

It is a sanity saver.

It is a faith restorer.

It is a balm in the darkness.

It is hope on a screen.

It is the voice of experience from the been there/done that crowd.

It is a world-wide network of ideas & possibilities.

It is the reality that I don't have to do "this" alone..... whatever "this" turns out to be.

It is commraderie.

It is creativity.

It is LOVE personified.

It is BCO.

I, too am grateful to participate & appreciate all that is done to offer this island of hope to all in need.

You say it so well. This site was my lifeline when I was first diagnosed with mets. I was stuck at home 24 hrs a day. Finding people who really knew how I felt helped so much. Luv & Hugs, Mazy
