    Has anyone out there switched from Fosomax to Boniva and found the Boniva easier to take in terms of less side effects?  I have been on Fosomax now for 8 months and the side effects in terms of mounting indegestion are becoming worse.  I drink plenty of water when I take it, eat oatmeal 30 to 40 minutes after taking it and then eat lightly for about two days after I take it.  I am continuing to have bad indegestion with little relief before it's time to take the next dose.  I have osteopenia but need to take the drug due to the effects of the Arimidex I have been taking for 4 years now.  I read also that low Vitamin D levels may cause bisphosphonates not to be as effective.   I would like to hear from anyone out there on this issue as well.
