ProgesterAll - progesterone question

I read the following from Dr. Lee's website that I thought was very interesting.

Here's what we think is most important for women to understand: the phytoestrogens used and recommended today in botanical and nutritional medicine do not increase endogenous estrogen production in the body. And there are no studies confirming that phytoestrogens increase the risk for cancer.

In fact, new research suggests that phytoestrogens commonly used in nutritional and botanical medicine may protect women from breast and other cancers.

This statement on Dr. Lee's site was interesting, regarding stress. Perhaps the answer is to work on a stress free life. :)

Stress plays a major role in estrogen overproduction by triggering an elevated level of cortisol, which interrupts the feedback loop between the brain, pituitary, and the ovaries that regulates hormones.

Also I have a personal question... I ordered 2 tubles of Dr. Lee's ProgesterAll, I used it for the first time today, and hope this will balance my estrogen level out...preventing another recurrence of breat cancer. My question is, on the back of the if the ProgesterAll cream it suggest you apply it on your face, breast and under your arm ... wouldn't those be the areas you would want to avoid? Is this to reduce the estrogen level in the breast?
