Home cooked pre made frozen meals in Ohio

I was needing to know where I could find a business that specializes in home cooked frozen meals that can be delivered. A friend of mine is starting brain radiation tomorrow and she's so far away, I want to help out. Any info or ideas would be great!

Try contacting the Chamber of Commerce in your friend's town/area.  I found a local store that way that packages meals for the freezer--all the prep work is done, minimal cooking is required, instruction on the package at about $4 per portion.  Take the gallon freezer bag out of the freezer, thaw the contents (different things in different zip lock bags), follwo the instructions--usually dump everything into a crock pot and simmer or into a skillet and simmer, or into a baking dish and bake.  All the seasonings and even the sides are included.  The meals come in 2 serving and 4 serving sizes.  It's called the  Dinner Store in Maine, may have another name somewhere else.
