It stinks to have to go through all of this again. I know. I was there last summer. I had rads and chemo and felt like crap.

Fast forward a year later, I am doing great, STABLE, and have had the best summer of my life.

You can do this and thrive! hang in.

HI Peaceful -- so sorry you are going through this.  It is such a shock when it comes back.  Take a deep breath and come out swinging!  It is very do-able and hopeful.  Big hugs.

    Hi Peaceful,

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing cancer again. What a rude and unwelcome visitor cancer is. I learned that I had stage 4 about 7 months ago. After feeling intensely emotional and overwhelmed for a while, I began to put the news in perspective. I also began to feel better and like Janis, am now enjoying the best summer in a while. Treatment most often does work and people do feel better - please keep your hope alive. Do whatever you need to do to get through this scary time, drink, eat, cry, rant...When you are ready, I think that you will fight this and see some hope and happiness return. Take good care, Joani
