    Does anyone have links to good research on DIM? I'd like to lower my estrogen levels (ER+100% and not on Tamoxifen post bilat mx) because I'm premenopausal at 50 with very high estrogen levels. My gyn says that's normal at that age? Really? She also says that absolute values don't matter as long as there is any estrogen ... is that true? In any case, I'm considering taking DIM but can't find good research that clearly explains what it does, if it has side effects, what it's safety record is, and what the dosage should be. Help please ...
