OK, I confess! :)  I'm not much of a TV person but sometime around my dx I landed on "So You Think You Can Dance" and have found it a good escape -- entertaining, always, at the least, and most of the dancers are very engaging and have sweet personalities.  No back-stabbing here.

Last night one of their former dancers did choreography to honor a friend with breast cancer.

I confess I rolled my eyes when they announced it -- oh, right, more pc breast cancer stuff -- although one look at the choreographer's face told me this was a sincere effort for him.

And then I saw the dance.

It captures everything I've felt through these last 4 months, and then some.

If you watch, get out your tissues. Even the judges were crying when it was over. This is clearly an issue that impacts many people, and the dance was point on.  It's beautiful, powerful, strong, vulnerable, sad, hopeful... and so much more. I share it, not to start a dance critique, but because lately I've been in more of an emotional and physical slump that I share with most, and somehow this dance made me feel stronger.  I found it incredibly touching and was inspired by it.  I hope you will, too.

Two links in case one of them doesn't work...
