hi again ok surgeon reports 7cm mass lots of DCIS some infiltrating and lymph node is suspicious comments ..please ?

Dear one -- if you can possibly believe it, know that this is the hardest phase of all . . . all the tests and imaging and guessing and supposing and speculating. I believe you said in your other post that you are having a double mx on Friday. As someone else said there, you really need your pathology report before the treatment plan will become crystal clear. Once you have a plan in place, it is much easier to deal.

For now, please try to BREATHE -- deeply, regularly. If you find your mind racing ahead to all kinds of catastrophic imagining, sit down, close your eyes, BREATHE, and try to think of yourself in a safe, warm, peaceful place. Stay in the present for a while. (When I was a girl and worried or upset, especially just before bed, my mother would say, "Think about bunnies.") Try to take things just one step at a time, processing one result or piece of information at a time. How is your support system? Do you have a friend who can take you out to a chick flick or to get a massage? Know that things will fall in to place soon. You have a tough road ahead, but at least soon you'll be able to see where you are putting your feet. We're here with you all the way!
