Central fibrosis in Tumor

Did anyone get their Tumor tested that there is no or there is some central fibrosis in the tumor?

My path report said there was central necrosis--not fibrosis.
Did your path say this?

They also said central necrosis not fibrosis. Necrosis is dead cells and fibrosis is no cells but scars. I assume they are quite different thing.
