high D-dimer results/cancer

Has anyone ever had a elevated D-dimer after having BC? I've had LCIS,DCIS and microinvasive BC in my right breast. I've had a mas in March, but now I'm worried that the elevated D-dimer might mean cancer again. I've had several test to find blood clots, but they haven't found anything. Has anyone ever have anything similar?
