HELP! Need TN-IBC Specialist in South. CA

I've just been diagnosed today w/Metastasis cancer. I believe it's IBC. Surgeon did not believe it was. (Or know)
I completed 8 rounds of AC/T this past February. I had my lumpectomy in November and was preparing for my DMX this month. My surgeon wants me to have the DMX but if it is IBC I believe I need neo-adjuvent chemo. I think my TN-new cancer is out of my current Onc. expertise.
If anyone knows of an experienced TN-IBC physician in the So. Cal area, Please PM me! I have Anthem Blue Cross.
I'm 42 w/a 10 year old son who needs me.
