Hello Lovely Ladies, I live in Costa Rica and my husband and I have a ministry here.  Last November I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  While receiving treatment here in the government hospital I have seen many ladies who are in need of bras, prosthesis, wigs and scarves.  At first I made scarves and then started asking friends to donate.  My mother has also had breast cancer and donated prosthesis and bras.  When I took them to the hospital and gave them to the head chemo nurse, you would have thought it was Christmas.  She said she could see womens faces in front of her who receive them.  One woman came to me in chemo and cried because she could feel good about herself again and even opened her shirt and showed me how pretty it looked.  Reconstruction is not a covered expense under the government insurance plan.  So if any of you lovely ladies have supplies you would like to donate please let me know and I can PM you with an address to send things to in the U.S. and we can get the items here.  I can tell you first hand how life changing these items will be here in Costa Rica.  God Bless, Kathy
