I too was so happy when I heard I was triple negative!  Then I read some of the posts and educated myself and felt like I did when I was diagnosed again!! I do CHOOSE to be a positive negative though and I thank all of the TN posters for the continued information!  Especially the POSITIVE comments!  We can beat this!  Be Well All!

God Bless you for that. I needed some positive news. I've been so scared and

just to hear someone say that can mean a world of difference to us.

Hi Everybody,  I had my first chemo on the 18th(TAC).  I am feeling well.  Day 4 and 5 I was really tired but actually went out dancing yesterday!.  I too, am doing everything I can to minimize SEs.  No junk food, no sugar, Drinking tons of water, oral hygiene after everymeal and 30 minutes of walking everyday.

I am lucky to have a great support system.  My husband is retired at 55(company buyout)  My parents are in good health and live close by.  And I have had 5 galpals for the last 25 years that have"circled the wagons" to help me get through this deal.

I wish all of you strength to face the week ahead.  I know we all have many appointments and treatments to get through.  Hang in there you can do it.

    Navy
