ADH diagnoses & Uterine fibriods

I am 42 and in May was advised I have Fibroids and that has lead to anemia.  Also I have Atypical Ductual Hyperplasia in my right breast.  I have scheduled surgery to remove the ADH tissue and biopsy my left breast again.  The medicine suggested will send me into menopause and could complicate my Fibroids.  I was going to have a Hysterectomy but don't want to rule out having a child. I found a Holistic treatment which claims to reduce fibroids (my largest, of 7, is 2cm).  Has anyone been in this conundrum?
