I take a good multi vitamin, sub lingual B 12, B complex, magnesium and calcium, COQ10,melatonin and DGL licorice. All are approved by my onc, I am lucky, he encourages me to do thinsg naturally.I take carafate for my stomach which is the only prescription I am on now.I use a Neti pot for my sinus. I also have been eating lots of fruits, vegs, whole grains, skim milk and yogurt. I find walking and riding my exercise bike helps too.My side affects are stomach upset, muscle and joint pain, insomnia and sinus problems.Jackie

Me too.   I take CoQ10 - 400 mgs, 1800 mgs of Calcium, 1200 mgs of Vit. D, Vit K, Flax Oil, Fish Oil, Biotin, Vitamin A, B-6, B-12.  I also take some immune system modulators (transfer factors) and an antioxidant drink.     I also walk EVERY night.   I have no side effects from herceptin except drippy nose and bad fingernails.   I am on Tykerb too.

Nikken products offer some excellent natural sources of vitamins and nutrients. I am in the process of getting them.

What kind of immune system modulators do you take? I have looked into colustrum.
